Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ ‼️‼️‼️- Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
To ensure that each of my clients receives the best possible experience, I have established the following policies regarding cancellations and late arrivals:
Cancellation Notice:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 HOURS before your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.‼️‼️
• In case of emergencies, please contact me immediately to discuss your situation.
2. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment WILL be canceled and treated as a no-show. ‼️‼️
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
3. No-Show Fee:
• Due to my tightly scheduled appointments, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied if you miss your appointment without prior notice.‼️‼️
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me via [phone/email/online portal] as soon as possible. Confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling will be provided upon receipt.
Adjustment Period:
• If you are not fully satisfied with your hair service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment.
• I will make any necessary adjustments free of charge within this 7-day period. Anything after 7 DAYS IS A SERVICE CHARGE.
